Tech Fluent Agency ("we", "us", "our") is a web design, development and AI automation studio. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit techfluentagency.com or work with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

02Information you give us

We only collect the information you choose to share with us. That normally means:

• Contact details — your name, email address, phone number and company when you submit a form, book a strategy call or email us.
• Project information — anything you tell us about your business, goals, budget or existing website while we scope or deliver work.
• Correspondence — the content of the messages, briefs and files you send us.

03Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers record limited technical data when you load a page. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. It includes:

• Pages visited, time on page and the site you arrived from.
• Device type, browser, operating system and approximate region (derived from IP address).
• Error and performance diagnostics.

04How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or quotation.
• Deliver, support and improve the services you have engaged us for.
• Send you project updates, invoices and essential service notices.
• Send occasional marketing emails — only where you have asked for them, and you can opt out of every email.
• Keep the website secure, prevent abuse and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

05Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries. Some are required for the site to function (for example remembering that you have already seen the intro animation), and others help us understand how the site is used.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking the essential ones may affect how parts of the site behave.

06Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it. These include our hosting provider, our email provider, our analytics provider and our accounting tools. Each is bound by contract to protect your data.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

07SMS Communications

If you opt in, Tech Fluent Agency may send you two types of text messages:

• Transactional / customer care — replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders, and account or project updates.
• Promotional / marketing — only if you separately opt in: offers, new services, and business updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

08How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from our last contact with you. Client project records, invoices and contracts are kept for as long as we are required to for tax and legal purposes — normally seven years. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

09Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep.
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing.
• Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

10How we protect your information

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we work hard to keep the risk low.

11Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
